South Bend, Ind., Aug. 13 (Spec ial) A man with' his heart on -his right side was discovered here today during the physical examinations of men for the selective draft. He is Fred Mummy, of River Park. Despite the abnormal position of the organ, it was pronounced normal by the physicians and Mummy passed the examination with flying colors.
