NEW SALVATION ARMY ENSIGN
The new Salvation Army ensign,
Florence E. Pogue of Portland, 'has
taken charge of the local headquarters
and started work in La Grande. Miss
Pogue has had 11 years experience in
Salvation Army work in the larger
cities and is well qualified. She will
continue the work which ensign
Childers who has gone to Belungham
has brought up to such a high stand
