C after spending tho sum- The special committee of the Home Guard appointed Wednesday evening, for the purpose of drafting plans and means, met last evening with Chair man H. E. Coolidge presiding. The committee drafted enlistment blanks which may be signed at the two banks, The Currey Press, Y. M. C. A. and the Elks club. On these blanks the volunteers give all infor mation concerning home addresses, telephone numbers, and business loca tions. Enlistment is for one year. but the obligations are not 'binding, that is members may resign if they care to do so, but they do bind them selves to attend all drills and answer all calls unless otherwise excused. These blanks should be signed before next Wednesday evening, at, which time there will be a mass meeting at the City Hall," and the final -organization on the Home Guard will take place. If the interest is sufficient, the committee will recommend that more than one company be fonried at once, otherwise all the members- to 'be!
