' The new traffic ordinance which is now in effect places the age limit for drivers of motordriven vehicles at 14 years. This ordinance was made necessary by reason of the fact that children were allowed to drive auto mobiles and motorcycles who were too young to have either the strength or the judgment to safely handle a power driven machine.
