SECRETARY LANSING HOLDS
AMBIDEXTERITY RECORD
Washington, April 13. (United
Press) Secretary of' State Lansing
holds the world's long distance am
bidexterity record. That is, he claims
it. But Secretary Baker claims it,
too. The evidence is here submitted
for public decision. Secretary Lans
ing gave an exhibition of handling
diplomatic correspondence with one
hand and dashing off enticing profiles
of charming Gibson girls with the
other, smoking a pipe the while. Sec
retary Baker signed army officers,
commissions with one hand, handed
them to a messenger with the other,
listened to his secretary read the day's
accumulation of mail and dictated re
plies, all at the same time, smoking a
pipe the while. The race is neck and
neck.

Pills will clear your complexion and

No Wonder It's Popular.
London, April 13. (United Press)
Spring has come to England, and the
young man's fancy, whether he wears
khaki or not, is turning, after its an
nual custom, to thoughts of love.
There's a certain movie house out

ing more popular. Downstairs it's
just an ordinary cinema, but up in the
balcony the kind genie who looks after
boys and girls in tho Springtime has
arranged things differently.
