You feel heavy, dull and listless, your com plexion is sallow and pimply, and en ergy at low ebb. You can well imag j ine the result when t.iey are stopped up as is the case in constipation. As a purgative you will find Chamber Iain's Tablets excellent. They are mild and gentle in their action. They also improve the digestion. SHERRY'S SHERRY'S "Romeo and Juliet" Last Day. Fidelity to the greatest dramatic poet of all the ages has been carried to the lust degree. Every member of the cast was obliged to learn the words of the play and repeat them, with the proper action, before the camera. If a word was forgotten, the camera was stopped, and the work done over again. The original scenario was made from Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," the greatest love story ever written, by John Arthur, and this waa modified by Rudolph De Cordova, antf the final work done by John W. Noble, whose masterly' handling of the eight- act drama establishes him for all time in the front rank of directors. The genuius of Mr. Bushman and Miss Bayne has never been so well exempli fied as in the roles of the immort&l lovers. The Bushman and Bayne pro duction of "Romeo and Juliet" brings the soul of Shakespeare to the hearts of the people. Prefers Chamberlain's. "In the course of a conversation with Chamberlain Medicine Co.'s rep resentative today, we had occasion to discuss in a general way the merits of their different preparations. At his suggestion I take pleasure in express ing my estimation of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy. I have a family cf six children and have used this rem edy in my home for years. I consider it the only cought remedy on the mar ket, as I have tried nearly all kinds." Earl C. Ross, Publisher Hamilton County Republican-News, Syracuse, Kan. ARC A DE "THE RAINBOW PRINCESS" Five-Part Famous Circus Drama Re viewed by George W. Graves in Motography. Ann Pennington's second appear ance in pictures is decidedly auspice.). In the role of the Rainbow Princess, a dainty circus performer who is used by her corrupt employers as the means to a dishonest end, she has a part to which she is eminently suited and in which she easily makes herself the center of attraction. The star has a chance in the course of the picture's progress to execute before her screen audiences some of the grotesquely fas cinating steps of the Hula Hula dance with which she captivated so many audiences at the "Follies." This di version is as pleasing as is another novelty a parachuet descent from a large balloon, which was particularly well performed and photographed. The jaunty circus atmosphere, tho humor ous as. well as the sombre side of this life, is nicely denieated. There is much in the film that will appeal to children. Briefly, the story, by Shannon Fife, is that of an unfortunate child of the circus who finds herself at the mercy of the harsh proprietor. The latter palms her off on Judge Daingerficld as his lost granddaughter, he and hi.; men adhering to a plausible story which they have doped up. For his guardianship the circus manager is well paid. Later on, however, tho judge realizes he has been duped, much to his chagrin. Not satisfied with the success of this enterprise, the show people attempt to rob the judge's safe. In this attempt the circus manager is shot, but before his death he admits that the girl is innocent of any guiit in the plot. Just before the robbery, the Rainbow Princess, of her own ac cord, has gone back to the old life. So it is with delight that the judge's adopted son, at the suggestion of the lonely old man, brings the girl back. William Courtleigh Jr., appears as the judge's adopted son, a part which is not especially conspicuous, but which he handles with ease and effec tiveness. Grant Stewart makes a lov able and imposing character of the old judge. Charle3 Sutton is a good heavy. There are some excellent types in the large cast, including the two circus midgets and the "fat lndy." .1. Seaile Dawley's direction measures up to a very good standard. This photoplay was reviewed last last night at the Arcade where it will be shown today and tomorrow and it certainly ought to please the picture fans of La Grande as it is certainly a remarkable picture. Soon Over His Cold. Everyone speaks well of Chamber lain's Cough Remedy after having used it. Mrs. George Lewis, Pittsfield N. Y., has this to say regarding it: "Last winter my little boy, five years old, was idek with a cold for two or three weeks. I doctored him and used various cough medicines but nothing did him much good until I began using Chnmberlain's Cough Remedy. Ho then improved rapidly and In a few days was over his cold."
