' NOTICE OF THE RECORDER, of the City of La Grande, Oregon, of tho assessment of Sewer District No. 1, of Section No. 6 of tho City of La Grande, Oregon, i NOT1CK is hereby given that the assessment-for the improvement of Sewer District No. 1 of Section No. 6, of the City of La Grande, Oregon, under tbe provisions of Ordinance Number 841, Series 1916." An Ordinance determining the total cost of constructing a sanitary sewer in Section six of Sewer District No. One, levying an assessment against the property in said district benefitted thereby for the cost of constructing such sewer, providing for a special assessment roll for such assessment and directing the entry of such assessment upon the lien docket and bond lien docket of the City of La Grande, Oregon, the same being Sewor District No. 1, of Section No. 6, in said City of La Grande, Oregon, is now in my hands for collection and tho same may be paid to me at any time within ten (10) days from the 15th day of November, 1916, without penalty, interest or cost; and each property owner is hereby notified that on application to the under signed within ten (10) days from the 15th day of November, 1916, which is the first date of the publication of this notice, they will be allowed to pay such assessment in ten (10) annual installments, the first installment thereof be'ng due and payable on or before the' 15th day of November, 1917. If application is not made as above specifiod, the whole amount is due, payable and will become delinquent on the 27th day of November, 1916.
