Famous Players Star Her in Lady Eileen" "Llttje "Come in, dear, and meet your fu ture husband." If you -were a little girl suddenly taken out of school and your father thus summoned you into his library, wouldn't your knees fairly creak with,f right and wouldn't you tfeel like turning and running as fast as you could 1 And if the man to whom you were introduced as your future husband leered at you in a terrifying way wouldn't you wish ' that some good fairy would show you the way to escape from this man? mat is tne situation which con her heart that the fairies will come to her rescue before it is too late. When she was in school she continually harassed the principal by . reading fairy tales instead of studying her les sons and her highly imaginative mind received as facts the delightful stories which she read. And Eileen's faith in the fairies is vindicated! For they do more than rescue her from George they take her to her true 'love, just as she has always believed that they would. Of course everybody elBe in the story laughs at fairies and docs not believe that there are such things in the world. But everything turns out just as Eileen thought it would if the fair ies decided to help her, so there is no use trying to tell her that there are no fairies. Even her lover good-naturedly scoffs at Eileen's theory and aggravates her a little because he can not see the elfs when she points them out to him but that is the only fault which she finds with Stanley Church- fronts "Little Lady Eileen" in the 1 ill. Stanley is the older brother of Famous Players production 'in which irresistible Marguerite Clark is being starred on the Paramount program at the Arcade theatre today and tomor row. But Eileen, who IB a slip of an Irish lassie, believes implicitly in fairies and though she is terrified at George Churchill and hates him in stinctively, she hopes in the bottom of George and when Eileen's father loses all Eileen marries Stanley Churchill they will come into a great fortune. George learns of the will first and, believing that Eileen has never seen his brother, he KToes to Castle Kavanaugh , and claims her as his bride. Though Eileen 1b sick at heart and hates George, she is forced to comply to her father's commands, and they are married. But the little bride car ries in her memory the handsome face of a gallant stranger whom she has met but whose name she does not know. Of course it is Stanley who comes to her rescue when he learns what his scapegrace brother has done. Stanley intercepts the pair on the wedding day and is nearly killed by his brother who flees and is killed by a huge boulder which rolls down the mountain. Among the players who appear in support of Miss Clark in this delight ful photoplay are Maggie Hallowell isher, Vernon Steele, John L. Shine, Marry use, and Kussell iBassett.
