gon, will receive sealed bids for fur
nishing 50 cords of 3 ft 8 in. yellow
pine or yellow fir cord wood, to be
free from limbs and knots, cut from
green timber, and to be delivered and
corded in the basement of the Court
House at La Grande, Oregon, not lat
er than October 1, 1916. All bids
must be filed with the county clerk
on or before August 15, 1916, and
must be accompanied by a certified
check of at least 6 per cent of the
amount bid. The court reserves the
right to reject any or all bids.
