Graded S avenue to the Fair grounds gate. Graded down the street in front of Fair grounds to grade to obtain material for filling S avenue. Flushed the streets and cleaned out gutters and some catch basins. Also repaired one cross walki on Sjiruce. The fire department was called May '26th to Mr. Patterson's house, First and B, twelve volunteers were out and 1100 feet of hose were laid. House badly damaged. The recorder collected $5 on sewer Adams and Jefferson, 20 cents interest on same; $4.40 from Globe Indemnity Co., as a refund on Hodgin's bond; $5 fine, and $8 for dog licenses. He is sued four peddler's licenses on treas urer's receipt for $30; two dance hall licenses on $100 receipt; two day Hawker's license on S-10 receipt and one license to sell merchandise on $5 receipt from treasurer. The treasurer received $214.02 Imp. District Installments; .$2(54.90 Imp. District Interest; 95 cents interest on District No. 95; $8.20 interest on Dis trict No. 99; 80 cents interest sewer two section three; $5 for a merchan dise license; $.'10 for four day's ped dler's license; $10.00 for two days' Hawker's license and $100 for two dance hall license for six months and $32.04 water rent. He paid $1023.36 water warrants including $996.61 for the car load of four inch pipe recent ly bought. He also paid $92.88 road warrants; $30.00 Imp.
