Illinois will, announce at the New York confederation that her members 'have given nearly a tenth of the $100,000 Sarah Piatt Decker memorial fund started four years ago. This sum is nearly three .thousand dollars more than Illinois was ex pected to give. The Illinois delega tion, three hundred strong, will leave Chicago for New York in a special train over the Michigan Central rail road. The train will leave Chicago Sunday atternoon, may x.
