Although one load of extra fancy hogs sold at the Portland Union Stock Yards this morning at 7.50, a dime over the top, steadiness was the real feature. There were no changes up to noon in any division. The bulk of the hog trade was around I7.25", which was about all buyers were willing to pay." The single exception, it was said, did not alter the market, and $7.40 remains the top. There were no changes in either the eheep or cattle markets, although the latter had the appearance of weakness, caused by the lack of qual ity in the offerings.
