First of all, it is an artistic triumph for Mir. Myers, from subtitles to locations. The ac tion is fast and furious and it is staged in unusual surroundings. The comedy is not confined to park bench sets or hackneyed backgrounds but in its three reels takes us from Washington to Baltimore, to Phila delphia, and then back to New York. the White House as a setting, others with the Capitol in the background, while others show us the streets of the Monument City, where visitors are led around the fire area, to Poe's grave and to the hallowed spot whore the lust: Democratic convention was held. Then we are whisked into Phil lie, the home of "Home Run" Baker, Connie Mack and, ithe Liberty Bell when the latter is at .home. We no-' company a fickle traveling salesman on hlB peregrinations around the cir cle and we meet 'all the young ladies whom a progressive traveling sales man is wont to meat We see him conducting a school of diving girls, are permitted to enter the pool and demonstrating parlor where exceed ingly buxom blondes and sylph-like nymphs try cn 'bathing suits, and we ;re admitted to a vijpw of the soles man's home life.
