Thirty grizzly and other man-eating bears do many amazing thing's. Lions, leopards and bears ride gal loping horses . and jump through hoops of fire. Seals and sea lions play musical instruments and juggle various articles while on the backs of. running' ponies. Herds of ele phants, camels and zebras are prin cipal actors with the Barnes troupe. For those not caring for the sen sational wild animal acts, others of quieter character have been provid ed. Fifty dogs, twenty rocky moun tain goats and every known species of monkey help to provide this part oi me program. . A distinctive feature, of the show and one to which the attention of the public is respectfully directed, is the troupe 'of beautiful horses and ponies. 550 in number. Every one is a performer, and for appear ance, size, breednig and trained pro ficiency; are unexcelled. Performances are given at 2 and 8 p. m. doors being opened an hour earlier. The parade hour is 10:30. Six bands, three Calliopes, a half hundred open -cages of wild animals are features of the parade. wThe date for La Grande is Tuesday May 25th.
