The first consignment received a week
ago sold so well that practically every
merchant has ordered small lots for
tomorrow's trade.
The present week has seen the de
mise of several staples in the veget
able line, among them old turnips, old
cabbage and beets. New cabbage are
already selling and young -beets will
be offered within a short time.
