RICH CHILDREN STARVING
Dr. Harvey W. Wiley, the distin
guished dictist has come forward
with a new idea. He claims that the
children of the wealthy are dying
of starvation in a world of plenty.
The pampered offspring of the rich
are declared to be in a bad way.
. Surrounded by good food, these chil
dren are actually dwindling away be
cause they are not fe'd provender
which contains enough nutrition.
Dr. Wiley calls it criminal care
lessness, because the parents have not
established analytical chemists in
their kitchens.
. Too many children of the rich are
allowed to eat candy and rich foods
which give them what is known as
"sweet tooth." This is very harm
ful. That there is much truth in the
doctor's assertion is proved by the
.healthy appearance of children who
come from the -riddle clashes anci
who are obliged to eat plain fare.
They are robust and rosy cheeked
and have an abundance of enegy. They
go out of doors and get their faces

is the source of all power.
