Mr. Burnett has gone to La Grande
to bring his wife home. She has been
sick the past several weeks at the La
Grande hospital.
A. J.. Sullivan spent the latter end
of this week in Pendleton.
Ralph Sullivan and wife have re
turned to' their home here. They
spent the winter near Hot Lake feed
ing their cattle.
Tom Loftus is spending tho 'week
end in La Grande.
W. H. Crawford and little son El
mer have gone to Long Creek. Elmer
will make his homo with his sister
this summer.
Several school children have boon
quite sick with sore throat this week
and had to miss school.
