Farmers, look upon this short 'course as the greatest event of its kind in the history of the -valley and that a crowd o interested and in f ormiation-seeking ' ranchers and stockmen will follow the progress of the school, id deemed a certainty. On a small scale this scheme has been tried out before, but not on the scope .that is arranged for this time. The agricultural college will have many of it foremost instructors in the troupe, and the farmer will beable to" learn, something of practically every phase of farming that he may be especial! interested in. . . . . Announcement of the program at Elgin, arranged-for the short course school Feb. 8 to 13, has been made by committees in charge. 'The O. A.
