Railroads Must Wash Windows.
Trenton, N. J., July 6. Beginning
todav the New York, Susquehana and
Western Railroad and the Erie must
keep its car windows clean, at least
while thev are passing through Mew
Jersey. An order to this effect, made
recently by the Board of Public Util
ity commissioners, went into effect to
day.
