Build a House Which will Sell Readily
An attractive iiouse will command a better
'price "by several hundred dollars than the common
kind, and it costs no more. Some very poor houses
are built of the best lumber.
Good material does not make a good-building un
less understandingly used. A good builders price is
very ..little in excess of the poorest and the satisfac
tion of having an attractive, convenient- and well
