Members -of the' board expressed the opinion that the banquet should be held in the high school building and that sim plicity should be a prominent fea ture. They also said this eftould be the case in regard to graduation dresses. Principal Earl Kilpatrick of the high school, who with City Superin tendent Kuntz, was slated for "the ax" by four of the five members of the board, did not put in an applica tion for re-election. Seven other teachers declined re-election and three did not put in applications. The sev en who declined re-election for vari ous reasons included four high school teachers. No action was taken in regard to the positions of city superintendent and principal of the high school. The board will meet Monday night to consider applications. These last few days of the con tests finds us with a large stock on hand, and to those wishing pennants we will weive the coupon consideration and will sell out right any pennant desired for 15 cents.
