Appropriately enough, church af fairs have largely superceded social functions this week, The past week has been busy and the coming week the more o. The Catholic mis sion for women ends tomorrow and the - mission for men be gins. Monday the noon-day services for all men who can possibly attend, begin at Honan Hall. These services are very brief and are similar to those which are held in many large cities during Passion and Holy week. It is believed the work here will be tremendously popular once it gets to be known. Details are announced elsewhere in this issue. . Buzzard of Belling liam. comes here to spend a few days. He is secretary of the Pacific Theo logical Seminary at Portland, and is a forceable speaker. Two churches, Christian and the Methodist church South, have been conducting excellent revivals this week. Chapel Services Tomorrow. ,.
