Bush, of the real estate firm of Black & Bush, and C. A. St. Johns have purchased the well-known Sel der place at Cove and by spring one of the biggest dairy and hog ranches of the county will be in operation at that place. C. A. St. Johns will move his family to the well-developed farm within a few days and a car load of best milkers will be purchased and turned loose on the place. . Hogs and milk cows will be specialized with. ' The Selder place was purchased first by Mr. Bush, who sold to Ed. Stringham, and the last deal was the purchase by Mr. Bush and Mr. St. Johns af the old homestead at Cove. The hall was entirely filled and many had to stand. The club showed the truly college spirit in every number, everything short and catchy, but nothing of a vulgar nature. : - The business men and O.
