potato market. While all sorts of
prices are being quoted in the Cali
fornia trade, It is noted that local
representatives of that trade are not;
willing to buy supplies at ail the
moment. . .
Nominally the buying price for ex
tra fancy potatoes at Oregon country
points is 90c a cental, f. o. b. ship
ping stations. This is an extreme
quotations and it is doubtful if more
than one or two buyers would care
tQ take hold of any supply at that
figure.

filled up with its own growth m well
