(Special.) The new McGregor building at the corner of E and Second streets is receiving the finishing touches and will be all furnished and ready for occupancy the first of the week. The structure is "of gray concrete blocks and is thoroughly fireproof. The first floor contains two large . and well lighted tetore rooms, and the second floor is devoted to sleeping rooms. Arteesian water is piped all through the building, with a toilet on the first floor and a toilet and a bath on ther socend floor. The sleep ing rooms are heated and attract ively and comfortably furnished, with everything new. and of the best. Mr. McGregor has spent money and time without stint to have his building up-to-date and the . best in every way. The entire cost of the buildings foots up to over $12,000. Standing as it does on the best corner in the center of the town, this is a fine ad dition. On the comer in front is the publifl watering trough and drinking fountain that Mr. McGregor corner is a fitting monument to the enterprise and public spirit of the owner.
