Charity Begins At Home There will doubtless be a few families who will spend enough money this Christmas, on friends and and near friends under the mock disguise of duty to make the first payment on a home. , Do you realize liow rapidly La Grande is be coming a city of homes. Look about you, you can count a dozen or more of your friends who only a few years ago were tennants. Don't chill the home getting germ, let it de velope and start the new year right. La Grande is not booming but it has a steady substantianl growth. Lots arc worth double to day what tlhey were three years ago in many sections of this city. "While we have been recognized for years as the pay roll city, our payrolls have annually increased with our growth. ' An investment in a La Grande home means a profit, not a loss. I have several choice properties that are priced right and much of it on very reasonable terms. No excuse for paying rent year after year. You could have bought several years ago. Paying fol a home is a pleasure not a burden. CALL AND LOOK MY LISTINGS OVEE Geo, H. Currey He Who Sells Real Estate La Grande, Oregon SEVERAL INSTITUTIONS RE ARRANGE HOURS.
