of December.
Members of the Eastern Star met
last night in regular meeting and
elected officers for the ensuing year.
The following were elected: " Mrs.

Kiddle, worthy patron; Mrs. Ida M.

nick, secretary; Mrs. Ella Russell,
! treasurer; Mrs. Emma Kiddle, con

sociate conductress; Arthur Williams,
I Mrs. Annie Bacon, and Mrs. Dora B.
: Schilke, trustees. Other officers will
be appointed by the worthy matron,
i Mrs. Arthur Williams.
Arrangements have been made for
a joint installation with Blue Lodge
and commandery on the 27th of this
month. A 1 arge number of the mem
bers were present; some few were
detained on account of rehearsals of
The County Fair" at the high school.

run while the latter is takingra few
