tue of an execution and order of sale
and foreclosure of hereinafter describ
ed mortgaged real property, issued out
of and under the seal of the circuit
court of the state of Oregon, for the
county of Union, bearing date the 21st
day of October, 1913, which decree was
duly rendered, entered of record, and
docketed in saM court on the 7th day
of October, 1913, in a suit wherein
Paula Njederer was plaintiff and John
H. Davis, and Geneva Cox Davis, hus
band and wife, and Clara T. Lyle were
defendants, said decree being in fav

rate of 8 per cent per annum from Oc
