The Happy hour club, a sewing club, of the city, met at the home of Mrs. Lee Hanf ord on last Friday alternoon. The afternoon hours were spent in sewing, after which dainty refresh ments were served by the hostess. The club is going to have a picnic at Riv erside park next Tuesday afternoon which promises to be the banner event of its social existence. The picnic at the park cojmes a little in advance of the regular meeting but it is of special importance and therefore, deserves a day to itself.: : ::: , Miss Lenna Bell gave a five course dinner party at Hot Lake last Sunday.
