Cherries and Berries Remain Scarce Roasting Corn Plentiful Sugar took pother gyroscopic slide this morning but only for 10 cents on the hundred pound sack. All grades of sugar are inclined. This brings the sack quantity to $6.00, cash basis, for the cane sugar and 20 cents less for beet sugar. Except for the continued scarcity of cherries and several grades of berries there is no material change in local markets today.
