City Has Completd Construction of Culverts on Fourth Street. that non-sportsmen campers formerly obtained have been dropped as there is nothing for August hunters to shoot save sage hens and deer and both are very scarce articles. WORK HARNESS STOLEN. After several weeks' delay in which time the city was building culverts on Fourth street, the Warren Construc tion company is again at work on Fourth street completing the section left open when the original work on Fourth street was done. The city has built two 30-inch cement conduits at I street relieving the drain for a portion of the Deal canyon storm wat r, and one culvert at H street to car ry the Mill creek and reservoir over flow. These two projects have been sufficiently set to allow the paving to proceed over them and within the week Fourth street will be paved from C to O, where it joins the original Fourth street paving and makes a straight stretch of hard surface pav ing from Adams to C, a distance of 17 blocks. The Warren forces were taken off Jefferson after completing a little bet ter than a block and as soon as the Fourth street project is ready the crew goes back to Jefferson and then to the alley in the rear of the Foley hotel.
