Last Day of Court.
This morning circuit court for the
June term was wound up and the jur
ors released for the balance of the
term. The last case on the docket
was the case in which Glenn Vickers
of Kamela was indicted jointly with
one D. J. Austin for forgery.
. D. J. Austin, who turned state's evi
dence, tried to implicate Glenn Vick
ers, and testified that Vickers also
stole some of the sheep.
The proof showed that one of the
chief witnesses against Vickers, Aus-
tin, was so drunk at the time of the al-
