In the matter of the 'adoption of;
regulations relating to demurrage and
reciprocal 'demurrage, Frank J. Miller,
TW. K. 'Campbell, and. - Clyde B..
Aitchison, the Oregon railroad com
mission, have issued the following no
tice to commercial organisations and
shippers at large "i throughout the

Notice is hereby given, that, on the
16th day of June, 1913, at the hour of
10:30 o'clock a. m. at the office of the
railroad commission of Oregon, in the
capitol at Salem, Oregon, the. above
named railroad commission of Oregon
will proceed, to adopt and prescribe
reasonable rules, orders and regula
tions, for. the furnishing of suitable
cars within the state of Oregon for
the transportation of ) intra-etate
freight in carload lots by the several
railroads within the state ' of .Oregon,
and the time within which and the
place at which said cars shall be fur
nished, the manner of applying there
for., the time -and nlace for. the', load
ing and transportation thereof , aid
ha' loadinir .thereof, and for, demur-
' raee and the amount thereof (not ex
ceedine the sum of S4.00 for each ear
