Mr. Holmes was In Washingtohduring the Inaugural cere monies and in his address emphaa'red the part that Boy 8conts plnyed In caring for the thousands of people who were In the city at that time. The boys were delighted with the things of which Mr. Holmes spoke. At a recent meeting of the Chautau qua board that body voted a resolu tion whereby a patrol of scouts are to serve at the park during the assembly week. These boys will be under the direction of the board and will serve In various capacities, such as patrol Ing the river, first aid work, etc. Tuesday night a committee made tip of Scouts and Scout leaders met at the T.
