We are indeed very for tunate In being able to announce Mr. Brown for our city. The local T. $. C. A. has very carefully completed arrangement whereby Mr. Brown will spend Sunday with ua on hie way to the Twin State Sunday achool convention to be held alt Baker April 21, 22. 23. Rev. Wm. A. Brown la at the head of the missionary depart ment of the International Sunday School association. He waa a mem ber of team number three of the Men and Religion Forward movement and waa consfdered one of the strongest speakers of the team. He speaks at the T. M. C. A. men's meeting at 3:30 p. m. to the Christian church. Be-, cause of Ithe- cramped condition of the present Y. M. C. quarter it seemed beat Co hold thla big meeting in the Chrfetlan church building. A strong male chorus under the direc tion of Prof. G. H. Armstrong will furnish the meeting with delightful special music. All men and older boy pf the city are invited to attend tWs meeting. Mr. Brown will g've his second ad dress of the day at the Baptist church in Ithe evening. This la a union meet ing of all denominations. Haines, who Is the swift-fooled Mercury ahead of the show, making all the contracts for feed, fuel, lots and licenses, walking around town telling people what to expect and filling the atmosphere full of curious circus metaphor. Haines has been traveling ahead of the show a good many years now. He always makes a good many promises but the best part of It Is his pronr'ees are moat always fulfilled which la more than can be Bald tor the general run of circus agents or common folks, for that matter.
