Heretofore much of the damaged fruit was dumped on tht unwary merchants of the north ern coast cities owing to the good appearance of the fruit. Wheat Beln Held. Wheat Is steadily going up In all of the markets of tbe world and the shipments are not crowding the mar kets. Farmers are looking for a bet ter advance and are holding out for dollar wheat. Dn tbe other band, in Texas where laws are lax there were 687 cases and 51 deaths. In Utah were 1660 cases . and 8 deaths; Washington 99 cases and in Oregon, another lax state in vaccination matters, 206 cases. The parallel!
