This Addition is located at the end of the Macadam JRoad leading from Adams .Avenue. It has a gen tie slope to the north, and is not rough or cut up in the least. It is sot to apple and cherry trees, all of the very choicest varieties. Th? trees are nearly two years Id and -show a very healthy growth. The soil is a dark loam, and of good depth. There are building restrictions, and homes in this addition will soon be in great demand, as t here are many of our business men who will have their homes there. It is close to town, with good roads leading right to it. It is becoming more attractive as thtj trees become older. It is laid out i-i at-re lots. This is a decided ad vantage. The Addition overlooks Grande Ronde Valley, than which there is no more beautiful spot in the world. shon'd delre nnrif..in- ,h i.n,i i, ,. ;, 1 LA GRANDE INVESTMENT CO PHONE;MAIN:752 FOLEY HOTF.L BUILDING LA GRANDE, OREGON
