It is litle wonder that Dr. Hall re
fuses to go anywhere outside of La
Grande to reside with his family.
Bad location, poor water, Insufficient
personal accommodations, are some
of the reasons alleged for not going
to the suburbs of the wheat city to
live. Who would leave our scenery,
our' Utopian water supply, and gen
eral hygienic conditions for the best
