witness stand in the Darrow trial Fre-'
mont Older of San Francisco today re
viewed the testimony given yesterday.
He said nothing new to the records.
Older was followed by John R. Har
rington of Chicago who denied on the
witness stand he had told a reporter
on a Los Angeles morning paper that
Darrow was innocent of the crime
charged against him.
