La Grande, Oregon Starts Tomorrow, . The regular session of the grand lodge I. O. 0. F. does not begin until Tuesday forenoon. , However, the grand encampment holds it' session tomorrow and It will begin at 9 a. m. at the Eagles-Woodman hall when the degree session will be held. At the same hour the Rebekahs will as semble In the Masonic halj for their special degree session. The Rebekah assembly will last until Thursday af ternoon while the grand encampment will close Its session with a reception at the Oregon theatre Wednesday eve ning' at 8 "o'clock. Booms for AIL Headquarters for the entertainment committee are maintained in the office of Ben Burroughs in the East Ore gonlan building where J. E. Bean is in-charge. Upon their arrival in the city all delegates to the various meetd lugs are taken to r the headquarters where they are assigned to rooms. It Is the belief of the committee that they have sufficient rooms engaged to accommodate the entire throng. However, the crowd may be larger than Is anticipated, and all parties having rooms that may be used are requested to notify the headquarters office.,- .. . Aside . from the grand officials many delegates to the encampment and Rebekah assembly arrived on the trains today. More will reach here this evening and tomorrow morning a special train will arrive from Portland at seven o'clock bringing several hun dred from western Oregon. It Is es timated that the three conventions will bring in the neighborhood of 1,000 visltorsto the city during the next few days.
