Mr. Brown left this city on the morning train for Union and on arriving at that plaoe, being In a hurry to attend to some business matters, he stepped from the platform of the train before It had stopped moving, breaking one bone in his left limb just .below the knee., Dr. J. P. Meyers of that city was called and dressed the Injury, after which Mr. Brown was brought back to this city in an automobile.
