of Rev. L. H. Burrey of Messillon, 0.,
and Charles H. Button of this city,
were married in Portland last week
and are now living in La Grande, their
future home. They have apartments at
the Foley. Miss Burrey came to Ore
gon to be united in marriage to Mr.
Button, who has spent several years
in this city as superintendent, of con
struction for the Independent Tele
phone company and has been closely
allied with social affairs of the young
er set during that time. Mrs. Button
left a huge circle of warm friends In
her home town and doubtlessly will
rapidly mold a like circle of friendship

young lady of this city, were quietly,
