deed was never recorded and has been
lost, and plaintiff demands that the
same be established by decree in tins
suit and for a second and separate
cause of suit, plaintiff alleges that he

sive' possession of the above described
land, and that such possession has
been exclusive and adverse to the
defendants, and each of them and to
all the world under claim of right;
