Owners of Irrigating ditches, cana's
or mill races are hereby notified that
the general laws of 1909 require all
owners of irrigating ditches; canals .)'
mill races, taking water from any riv
er, creek or-lake in the state of Ore
gon, In which fish have been placed or
may exist, to install and maintain at
the inlet of such ditch, canal or mill
race, a wire screen or grating that
will successfully prevent any fish:
