MORE FUNDS L0ASED. Chinese Government Secures Loan From Syndicate of Nations. : Peking, March 21. An Internation al syndicate of bankers, representing the United States, Great Britain, Ger many and France has placed at the disposal of the government today a second installment of , a loan to the government, approximating $420,000. The syndicate intends to advance money to the Chinese financiers, prob ably six or seven million taels, during the next three months. Tha Japanese and Russians are also privileged to loan money, but the Russians have made no arrangements.
