abridged of its former dimensions. The
stable and painting room have disap

Cblswlck. - Hogarth's marriage was
childless, and his affection went out
to stranger children. ; ,
Hogarth died at the age of sixty
seven at bis house in Leicester Fields,
where be bad gone In a weak state
after an illness. Tbe funeral was at
Cblswlck. . Ills tombstone bears tbe
following Inscription:

The experts who are auditing the
county books are getting along rapid
ly with thoir work. The office of the
sheriff has been audited and they ex
pect to complete tbe auditing of the
recorder's book tills afternoon.-
The auditor found that the sheriff's
oltlce hod a balance In Its favor of
$17.04. The recorder will have a cred
it of about $3.00. Recorder Snook was
aware 'that his office had paid too
much into , the treasury hut declined
to have the county court remunerate
until after the auditors had completed
their work. ,

The Sahara contains two distinct

home land who have any Idea of the
Sahara or of the Arab tribes who live
there! Travelers to these regions are
