Imprisonment In the federal prison at Leavenworth, Kan., for three years and a fine of $1,000 is the sentence Im posed upon William P. Harrison, wealthy head of a mail order concern, by Judge Holllster In the United States district court at Cincinnati. He was found guilty of using the mails to . defraud, conviction coming upon all seven counts of two Indict ments, alleging that he advertised and sold through the mails a vacuum car pet cleaner, and a washing machine neither of which would do the work required.
