for New York where he will make his
start for. his big speaking tour
through the south and west. For more
than a month he will be kept con
stantly on the move, making speeches,
attending receptions and dinners, de
livering lectur.a and traveling. Al
though he has made it clear that he
Is not going to talk partisan politics,
his trip is naturally regarded as of
