At the poultry show to be held at the Harris Hall in this city January 18-19-20, the Grande Ronde Poultry association Invites the support of the people of Union county and also out side of the county. Anyone who would like to exhibit his stock can be assur ed that good treatment will be ac corded him by tin officials of the asso ciation. ; In organizing this, the first poultry show, the greatest object in view is to afford a good medium of advertise ment, increase the desire to raise bet ter, poultry and educate the breeders along the lines of feeding for egg production, selecting good material and so as to be successful along the line of diagnosing and subscribing for affected fowls, or what Is better, to prevent disease and a cure for his birds so that there will be an assur ance of profit instead of a loss. That is what the association alms to do, and a careful search in to the history of poultry shows will convince anyone of "he truth of this statement The promoters hope that the breeders of this county will come to the sup port of the show and this movement. Come out and show your birds. If you have some good birds and are at a loss to know just how to select for a show, drop the secretary of the asso ciation a line and the association offi cials will be only too glad to aid you.
