Resolution Creating Improvement District No. 10.- , t Be it resolved by the common Coun cil of the city of La Grande, Ore., that Greenwood Street from Adams Ave to T. Avenue be, and the same is here by declared to be, and designated as Improvement District No. 10 and shall be Improved by macadamizing same. It is further resolved ' that J. K. Sheaks, J. E. Reynolds and J. T. Williamson, members of the Common .Council be, and they are named and appointed as commissioners who shall make an examination of all property upon which assessments . are to be levied to pay for said improvements, as to the extent and valuation, if any, of the benefits to be derived by said property by reasons of said improve' ments; It Is further resolved that the City Surveyor be, and is hereby direct ed to make plans and specifications for said Improvements, and the esti mated work to be done, and the pro bable cost thereof and file said plans and specifications and estimate the probable cost with the Recorder of the city of La Grande, Ore. v This resolution shall be published tn one issue of the La.Grande Even ing Observer.
